Allie and Lauren are the absolute best and I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation. Some specifics: they helped me relax and realize the work I needed to do to sell my house was no big deal, they have a great network of contractors that were instrumental in fixing issues at my old house and inspecting / bidding on my new house, they excelled at pricing strategy on both transactions, and they guided me away from a fruitless path of negotiation. They are super easy to work with and they provide great counsel - never pushy, always respectful and professional. There was a point in the buying process where we were having multiple conference calls per day. When we got through that, I found myself missing our frequent check-ins. We had a lot of fun. I've lost count of how many times I've bought or sold, in both Chicago and St Louis, and they are far and away the best realtors I've ever worked with.
